When we talk about in religious art, you generally refers to the "sacred". There are many artists who have ventured into the relationship between art, beauty and the Catholic faith. This report is extremely important because it is one of the constituent elements of Christian thought which allows you to see the world and to know represent. In more then devoted to the artist's duty is to represent the internal Christ. A main feature of the art of Federico Cozzucoli is that of involvement. During his performance is never the protagonist but the means to which the public is an integral part of everything, so unite and rally together is the message we want to convey the same and that it should just be the message of Christ to which he does reference performance especially in "Dodici" where the artist chooses relive and revisit some of the last supper with a unique dish that is art.
Never the less impact are "Martyrium", in which a man confused and lost wonders about the things done in the name of God, the perennial questions that torment mankind with regard to right or wrong time to ask the Almighty to ask for forgiveness to 'man, "S_OGGETTO" where good and evil are intertwined in the figure of Adolf Hitler, so confused and ask the question: what is the fault of the people and that of the individual?
In this moment of pause for reflection artistic-religious, Federico Cozzucoli gives a shock to the conscience, forcing his thoughts through the reinterpretation of modern ecclesiastical thought, the hermeneutic of renewal in continuity at the same time allows the connection with tradition and be able to look forward to.
